Booking and confirmation.
A booking is confirmed once the slot, group size and branch are accepted and any required payment is completed. Slots are held briefly during checkout and released if payment is not finished.

Prices and taxes.
Published prices are per person and exclusive of applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Party hall, decoration, food and custom event requirements are quoted separately and confirmed by the branch team before payment.
Arrival and play time.
Arrive early enough for check-in, the safety briefing and equipment setup. Late arrival may reduce the time available inside the room, as the following session is already scheduled.
Safety and suitability.
Follow the game master and venue staff at all times. Tell the team in advance about young children, medical conditions, mobility needs or motion sensitivity so they can recommend a suitable experience.

Changes and cancellation.
Rescheduling and cancellation are handled by the branch that holds your booking, and terms may differ for group events and celebrations. Contact the branch directly and quote your booking reference.
Photography and media.
The venue may photograph groups at the celebration backdrops. Tell the team if you would prefer your group not to be photographed or shared.
